This product is a water-based formula composed of surfactant, rust inhibitor, softener and wetting agent. It is used for coupling of ultrasonic flaw detection, with good coupling performance, and can effectively reduce the loss of ultrasonic sound energy. It is easy to clean with water, harmless to human body, pollution-free to the environment, and has anti freezing and anti rust properties.

[Ingredients]: surfactant, rust inhibitor, antifreeze, wetting agent, softener, etc. This product is a water-based gel coupling agent.

[Character]: colorless transparent or blue transparent gel.

[Scope of application]: This product is applicable to ultrasonic testing, flaw detection and thickness measurement of metal structures, railways, chemical equipment, ships, aircraft, automobiles, steel structures, weapons, nuclear industry, transportation, boiler pressure vessels, medical equipment, castings and forgings in the construction industry, especially various types of welding seam testing. In particular, it is recommended that users use gel type agents on rough surfaces, such as sand casting metal and glass fiber joints.

[Usage]: Evenly apply the product on the part to be tested. Grind the rough surface, and then conduct ultrasonic flaw detection and thickness measurement. After that, use cloth and paper (or deionized water, or dry cloth)

(4) Most of the gel couplant can be used on the surface to be measured with moderate heat at a temperature not exceeding about 90 ° C.
